These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Antech Software Pty Ltd ("Reviewww," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Reviewww AI-powered code review service.

By installing the Reviewww GitHub App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Reviewww is an AI-powered code review tool that integrates with GitHub to:

• Automatically review pull requests using artificial intelligence
• Provide code suggestions and identify potential issues
• Generate semantic embeddings for code search and analysis
• Post review comments directly on GitHub pull requests
• Index repository content for context-aware reviews

3. Eligibility

To use Reviewww, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
• Have a valid GitHub account in good standing
• Have authorization to install GitHub Apps on the repositories where you use Reviewww
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

If you are using Reviewww on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Reviewww only for lawful purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Reviewing code in your own repositories
• Reviewing code in repositories where you have proper authorization
• Using AI-generated suggestions to improve code quality
• Integrating reviews into your development workflow

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Abuse or Circumvent: Attempt to bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security measures
• Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Malicious Content: Submit malware, viruses, or malicious code for review
• Spam or Abuse: Generate excessive API requests or abuse the Service
• Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Resell or Redistribute: Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without authorization
• Interfere: Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Plans and Pricing

Reviewww offers both free and paid subscription plans through GitHub Marketplace. Current pricing and plan features are available at github.com/marketplace/reviewww.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Billing: Payments are processed by GitHub according to their payment terms
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through GitHub Marketplace. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Data may be deleted according to our retention policy

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Code

You retain all ownership rights to your code. By using Reviewww, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access and analyze your code to provide the Service
• Generate embeddings and reviews
• Store necessary data to operate the Service

This license ends when you uninstall the app or delete your data.

Reviewww does not provide professional security auditing, legal advice, or consulting services. Reviews are automated suggestions only.

8. Limitation of Liability

9.1 By You

You may terminate your use of Reviewww at any time by:

• Uninstalling the GitHub App
• Canceling your subscription through GitHub Marketplace

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Required by law or to protect our rights
• You fail to pay subscription fees

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your data within 30 days
• Outstanding fees remain due

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia (New South Wales), without regard to conflict of law principles.
